1. Services Overview

Devansh Store provides the following digital services:

Virtual Phone Numbers: Temporary phone numbers for OTP verification on WhatsApp and other platforms
Premium Subscriptions: Account sharing and subscription plans for Netflix, Spotify, YouTube Premium, and other streaming services
SMM Panel: Social media marketing services including Instagram followers, likes, views, and engagement

All services are provided digitally through our website and require an active user account with sufficient balance.

      🔒 Fund Safety Policy: Your wallet balance is fully safe with us. Whenever you add funds to our website, the money is stored in your wallet. This balance can only be used to purchase our services. All refunds are credited to your wallet balance only — never to your bank account. Wallet funds cannot be transferred to a bank account or withdrawn as cash.
    

2. Account Registration & Wallet

To use our services, you must:

Create an account with a valid email address
Maintain accurate account information
Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
Add funds to your wallet balance before purchasing services

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

      ⚠️ Important: Wallet balance is non-transferable and non-withdrawable. Funds can only be used for services on Devansh Store. Balance cannot be converted to cash or bank transfer.
    

3. Virtual Numbers — Terms & Refund Policy

3.1 Service Description

Virtual numbers are temporary phone numbers provided for receiving SMS/OTP verification codes. Each number is valid for a limited time period.

3.2 Automatic Refund Policy

      📱 20-Minute Auto-Refund: If you do not receive an OTP/SMS on your virtual number within 20 minutes of purchase, the full amount will be automatically refunded to your wallet balance — NOT to your bank account or payment method.
    

3.3 Usage Guidelines

Virtual numbers are for personal use and one-time verification only
Do not use for illegal activities, spam, or fraudulent purposes
OTP codes may take 1–10 minutes to arrive depending on the service
Refresh the page to check for new messages
Numbers may be recycled after expiration — do not use for long-term accounts

3.4 No Refund After OTP Received

Once an OTP/message is received on your virtual number, the service is considered delivered and no refunds will be issued, even if the code doesn't work or expires.

4. Premium Subscriptions — Terms & Delivery

4.1 Service Description

Premium subscription services include shared account access for platforms like Netflix, Spotify, YouTube Premium, Amazon Prime, and others. These are shared plans managed by Devansh Store.

4.2 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment
You will receive login credentials or invitation link via email/WhatsApp
Admin approval required before order completion

4.3 Refund & Cancellation

      💳 Refund Policy: If admin does not fulfill your order within 48 hours, you can request a refund. Refund will be credited to your wallet balance only — not to bank account.
    

No cancellation allowed once order is marked as "Processing"
Refunds processed only if service is not delivered within promised timeframe
Partial refunds not available for subscription plans

4.4 Account Sharing Rules

Do not change password or account settings
Do not share credentials with others outside your plan
Maximum screen/profile limit as per your purchased plan
Violation may result in account suspension without refund

5. SMM Panel — Terms & Delivery

5.1 Service Description

SMM (Social Media Marketing) services include Instagram followers, likes, views, comments, and engagement packages for various social platforms.

5.2 Delivery Time

Orders start processing within 24–48 hours
Delivery speed depends on package size and platform
Gradual delivery ensures account safety

5.3 Refund Policy

      🔁 Refund Conditions: Refunds issued to wallet balance only if:
      Service not started within 48 hours
Order marked as "Refunded" by admin

      No refunds after delivery starts or completes.
    

5.4 Quality & Drop Policy

We provide high-quality engagement from real-looking accounts
Some drop is normal (5–10%) for followers/likes
No refills provided after initial delivery completes
Account must be public for delivery

6. Payment & Wallet Terms

6.1 Adding Funds

Deposit funds via UPI, Card, or supported payment gateways
Minimum deposit: ₹10
Funds credited instantly upon successful payment

6.2 Wallet Balance

      ⚠️ Important Wallet Policy:
      Wallet balance is NON-REFUNDABLE to bank/card
Balance can only be used for purchasing services
No cash withdrawal or transfer to other users
Refunds from cancelled orders go back to wallet, not bank

    

6.3 Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Prices may change without notice. The price shown at checkout is final.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

Use services for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
Create multiple accounts to abuse offers or manipulate the system
Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit platform vulnerabilities
Resell our services without written permission
Use automated bots or scripts to access services
Violate third-party terms (Netflix, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)

Violation may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of wallet balance without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

Devansh Store provides services "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

Third-party service failures (WhatsApp, Instagram, Netflix, etc.)
Account bans or suspensions by third-party platforms
Temporary service interruptions or downtime
Loss of data or content
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

You violate these Terms of Service
Your account is used for fraudulent activity
You abuse refund policies or payment systems
You engage in prohibited activities

Upon termination, access to services and remaining wallet balance may be forfeited.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms. Major changes will be notified via email or website announcement.
